Sauna Safety & Terms of Use

A calm, clear guide to enjoying a safe, wood-fired sauna experience.

Before You Book

Using a sauna involves heat and, in our case, a wood-fired stove. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please read the information below carefully. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and safety requirements.

What to Expect

  • A traditional wood-fired sauna heated and prepared by trained staff

  • A small, calm space designed for relaxation

  • Clear signage and on-site guidance throughout your visit

If you have any questions at any point, please speak to onsite staff.

Using a Wood-Fired Sauna (Important)

  • The sauna stove and surrounding surfaces become extremely hot

  • Do not touch or adjust the stove

  • Move carefully inside the sauna at all times

  • The floor may be wet and slippery

If at any time you feel too hot, faint, dizzy, or unwell, leave the sauna slowly and rest until you feel better.

Fire Safety Rules

To reduce fire risk and keep everyone safe:

  • No smoking or vaping in the sauna or sauna area

  • No alcohol in the sauna or sauna area

  • Do not place items on or near the stove

Fire safety equipment is provided on site and staff are trained in fire safety procedures.
