What we’re about

Löyly* is a small, wood-fired sauna project shaped by the Highlands.

Built for people who love cold water, long days outdoors, and the quiet satisfaction of warming back up. A place to slow down, breathe, and feel part of where you are.

Inspired by Finnish tradition and adapted for Highland life, our saunas are simple, calm spaces where heat, cold, and landscape meet.

They work best where people already gather. By the sea, on campsites, at trailheads, and in places shaped by weather and land. Made for swimmers, walkers, campers, winter-dippers, and anyone who’s ever thought, a stove would fix this.

We’re interested in working with places that value simplicity, landscape, and looking after the people who pass through.

Sauna as it should be. Human, grounded, and connected to the land.

* Löyly, the spirit of steam - the soul of the sauna.
