Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, we focus on quality hosting, small group sessions, and experiences that feel grounded in their surroundings.

The Clachtoll team is responsible for preparing the sauna, managing the fire, and providing clear guidance on arrival. Guests are responsible for using the sauna safely, following instructions, and respecting other users.

Yes. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, there are rules around fire safety, behaviour, age limits, alcohol, and smoking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your sauna session, you may do so up to 3 hours before the session start time.
Cancellations made within this window can be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the session start time, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.This policy helps us manage bookings fairly and ensure availability for all guests.
In rare circumstances, sessions may be adjusted or cancelled by us due to weather or environmental conditions to ensure safety. In these cases, guests will be offered a reschedule or refund.
