Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and the small team running the sauna.

Cancellations

You may cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled session start time.

Cancellations made before this point are eligible for a refund or credit, depending on your booking type.

Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session start time cannot be refunded, as the space cannot be reallocated at short notice.

Transfers

Bookings are not transferable to another person. This helps us manage capacity safely and ensure all guests receive the correct information before their session.

Refunds

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that optional donations made at the time of booking are passed directly to the nominated charity and are non-refundable.
